1.
Samsung Film UI
In Samsung’s 2024 short film, The Promotion, ad agency interns Sam and Cam compete against a rival team to pitch a campaign showcasing the new Galaxy Tab S10 and its powerful AI features. I was responsible for designing the tablet screen interactions, diving into Samsung’s extensive UI to highlight its full capabilities. We worked closely with animators to perfect these interactions and ensure their accuracy. Additionally, I designed the elements for other screen moments, including TVs and laptop displays, throughout the film.
Agency: BBH NY
VFX Partner: Preymaker

The first few weeks of the project involved becoming familiar with Samsung’s UI source files

Magicienne Posters
Belinda Sinclair is a professional magicienne who has been performing Off-Broadway for years. Her show is all sleight of hand, telling the history of women in magic and New York in the 1800s / early 1900s. With that, we were inspired by classic magic posters with a bit of a contemporary vibe. Advertised as The New Yorkiest Thing You Can Do In New York, the witty headlines emphasize this quintessential “only in New York” experience.

Greetings From
The blocky, dimensional typography on vintage greeting postcards are a huge inspiration of mine. I sourced and scanned an old landscape print, drew the letterforms — including the “Greetings from” — and created this custom design.
Personal project.

Unused special applications for clients, inspired by the same concept.

4.
Saturday Night Fever
Saturday Night Fever 🕺 has THE most iconic opening scene of all time. Here’s my take on the flashing neon sign movie title.
Personal project.

5.
1950’s Grocer Signs
There’s nothing better than a vintage hand-painted grocer sign. I wanted to create a series of four but hope to add to the collection.
Personal project,

Beauty School Dropout
A 1950’s ad for the fictitious “Alveare” (meaning beehive in Italian) salon hairdryer. I imagine Frenchy from Grease used this top-of-the-line model before she dropped out of beauty school.
Personal project.
